Some peptide products require a prescription from a licensed provider through a virtual consultation, while others can be purchased directly and shipped after a simple consent form. This educational overview walks you through the clear, straightforward steps for both paths—so you know exactly what to expect.

Two main categories of peptide products

The SFS Wellness Shop includes both direct-purchase products and consultation-required products.

    Products that require a prescription

    These are prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy for an individual patient after evaluation by a licensed provider. A doctor consultation is required. The provider reviews your information, determines eligibility, and may adjust any suggested protocol. Only after approval does the pharmacy fulfill and ship the order.

    Products that do not require a prescription

    Certain items can be purchased directly. After purchase you typically receive a consent form from the compounding pharmacy to complete so the order can proceed and ship to you. Eligibility and availability can vary by substance and jurisdiction. A licensed provider is the appropriate person to discuss what may or may not be suitable for you.

How it works

The ordering process on the SFS Wellness Shop

  1. Find the product you want

    Review available products and associated information.

  2. Add the product to cart

    Choose the product(s) of interest. If a prescription is required, you will be prompted to add a doctor consultation to your cart. If no prescription is required, proceed with the product alone.

  3. Complete your purchase

    Checkout is handled on the SFS Wellness Shop site. Payment covers the selected items and any required consultation.

  4. Sign consent and/or schedule consultation

    If no prescription is needed, you will receive an email with a consent form (check spam folder). Complete and e-sign the form so the compounding pharmacy can fulfill and ship the order.

    If a prescription is required, you will receive an email to schedule your virtual consultation with a licensed provider. These consultations are designed for rapid response times. The licensed provider reviews your information, assesses eligibility, and may recommend adjustments to any protocol.

  5. Outcome

    If the provider approves, the products ship promptly from the pharmacy.

    If the provider does not approve, you will receive a refund for the order (but not the consultation). Review the shop's current cancellation, refund, availability, and fulfillment disclosures before paying.
