Frequently asked questions
What does SFS Wellness do?
SFS Wellness provides clear education and non-clinical support so you can understand weight-management and wellness options before deciding whether to continue.
Is SFS Wellness a medical provider?
No. SFS Wellness provides education and non-clinical support. Licensed providers independently decide whether medical care is appropriate.
What happens if I decide to continue?
You will see clear context before leaving this website. Any medical questions or decisions belong with a licensed provider in an authorized system.
Will I be pressured to start something?
No. You can browse the site, read the guides, and stop at any time. Sharing information or continuing is always your choice.
Does Sanctuary provide medical services?
No. Sanctuary Float Spa and SFS Wellness are connected by their customer-care mindset, but Sanctuary does not provide medical services or make medical decisions.
Is my information private?
These public pages do not ask for health, treatment, eligibility, or payment information. Use only an authorized provider system if you later choose to share medical information.
Can I browse before sharing information?
Yes. The main information and the Break Through Your Plateau guide are available without a form, account, or intake.
What is the Break Through Your Plateau guide?
It is a free educational guide to common reasons progress can slow across overall wellness, weight loss, longevity and energy, and performance and recovery, with practical questions to discuss with a licensed provider. Download the free guide here.
Can I speak with someone before continuing?
Yes. A free non-medical information consultation can explain the public process and general SFS Wellness information, but staff cannot give medical advice, determine eligibility, or recommend treatment. Request a free non-medical consultation here (opens an external Calendly scheduling page).
Which products require a doctor consultation?
The authorized shop identifies which current products are direct-purchase and which require consultation. This public site does not publish a product-by-product medical classification or decide what is appropriate for you.
Can checkout occur before the consultation?
Yes. For some consultation-required products, checkout may occur before the doctor consultation. The shop must disclose the consultation requirement and applicable next steps before checkout.
What happens after purchasing a consultation-required product?
You complete the required steps only in the authorized provider system. A licensed provider independently reviews the medical information, and shipment is held until the required process is complete. Review the shop's current cancellation, refund, availability, and fulfillment disclosures before paying.
Does provider review guarantee a prescription or shipment?
No. Provider review does not guarantee eligibility, a prescription, product availability, shipment, or an outcome. The licensed provider makes the medical decision independently. Product availability and consultation requirements may vary by state. The authorized shop and provider process will confirm whether an option is available where you are located.
What information does the public site collect?
These public pages do not ask for health, medical-history, treatment, eligibility, prescription, intake, or payment information. Limited technical and consent-controlled analytics are described in the Privacy Policy. Never put private information in a URL or general scheduling note.
What is the difference between direct-purchase and consultation-required products?
Direct-purchase products do not include a provider decision as part of the purchase category. Consultation-required products involve protected medical steps and independent licensed-provider review. The authorized shop owns the current classification, product details, payment, and fulfillment.
